Hand dipped Chocolate Covered Strawberries
These are easier then they look to make. Dip in white chocolate first, then lay each side in milk or dark chocolate and pipe on the bow-tie and buttons with a pasty bag.
Two tricks I have learned with making these:
1. Add a spoonful of Crisco (shortening) to the bowl of chocolate chips when melting in the microwave. This makes the chocolate nice and smooth and gives it a bit of a shine.
2. After dipping do not leave the strawberries in the fridge to harden. This will cause them to form condensation on the outside when you serve them. Chocolate is very finicky. It's best to either store them in the fridge for just a few minutes or better yet in a cool, dry place in your home.

I found this idea on Pinterest and cannot wait to make these this weekend. So simple, using just a paper circle and creating your own fortunes to place inside. Instructions can be found

His and Hers Pillow Cases
You could get really creative with this one. Using store bought pillow cases and then embellishing them as you choose. I thought this his and hers, creating a heart was a great idea and could be used as a starting point to get the creative juices flowing. Would love to hear about any ideas you have!
